Who we are

Rooted in the Bagmati. Open to the community.

Lions Club of Kathmandu Bagmati was chartered in 1987 with an early objective of cleaning the Bagmati River and serving communities in need. Over the years, the club has worked across health, education, environment, hunger relief, support for elderly homes, disaster relief, member training and youth mobilization.

“Service becomes meaningful when it responds to real needs and brings people together.”
